Throughout individual counselling, we will focus on topics that you bring to the session, explore your relationships, and how you can show up in your relationships in ways that align with your values and boundaries

$150 per 50-minute session
You and your partner, family member(s), or other important people in your life can attend sessions together to discuss your relationship(s), goals for your relationship(s), and how to move towards those goals
Due to limitations of online therapy, I am willing to see a maximum of 4 people in online sessions

Sessions are with one or more caregivers to address various unique experiences in raising neurodiverse children (e.g., ADHD, autism, developmental delay).
This may include consultation in behaviour analysis and strategies for managing everyday concerns

These sessions are aimed at helping you to enhance your understanding of your child's behaviour, your own patterns of interaction, and exploring change.
Working 1:1 with your child may or may not be beneficial. This will depend on several factors, which we’ll explore during our sessions

For those who have access to funds via the AFU, I can bill them directly following your authorization

Currently, my services will not usually be covered by benefits plans until I am registered as a clinical counsellor (RCC), which is currently in progress. Some benefits plans may offer some coverage for these services under my certification as a Behaviour Analyst if you contact them and ask​
